NHFA will share with you its work supporting groups at state legislatures who are changing laws to protect health freedom.  Safe harbor practitioner exemption bills are being passed to address the fact that state laws are in place that leave unlicensed practitioners at risk for criminal charges of unlicensed practice.  Right to Refuse medical intervention bills are being passed because state Emergency Power laws are in place to give Governors the power to make health related Executive Orders.  Diane will walk you through bill concepts and state maps where bills are moving.
