On July 15, 2025 Governor Ayotte signed New Hampshire HB361. This new law prohibits school boards and other public education agencies from adopting, enforcing, or implementing any policy that requires students or members of the public to wear a facial covering. The bill has exceptions for sports gear and handling chemicals. This follows many other states that have banned forced masking, e.g. Idaho SB32 and Texas SB29 along with laws in Iowa and Minnesota. We are tracking another 125 “live” bills that are pending around the USA, and action is needed from constituents in Vermont, Oklahoma, and Iowa.

Iowa HF104: Take Action to prevent minor consent!
Iowa’s HF104 states that minors may not consent to any vaccine intended to prevent sexually transmitted diseases. This directly impacts the Gardasil HPV vaccine and ensures parental involvement in this important health decision. On February 11, 2025 HF104 won a Health and Human Services Committee vote by 13-7. There is much controversy as to the safety and efficacy of this product, and this law would ensure that parents can make this important decision.
