The core purpose of the 2025 Idaho bill entitled The Idaho Medical Freedom Act was to protect each and every person’s human bodily autonomy, including a person’s ability to direct their own health care decisions at all times. After an exciting legislative journey, the bill passed on April 4, 2025, codifying prohibition of medical intervention
