In 2025, the National Health Freedom Coalition continued to stand in the gap for practitioners and consumers. Together with you, we stayed focused on safeguarding our inherent God‑given rights to bodily autonomy, informed consent, and access to holistic and complementary care. The climate is really changing. Leaders at both state and federal levels are challenging long-held assumptions. More people are realizing mandates are too restrictive. It is exciting and encouraging to see conversations happening now that have not ever happened in the past.

Throughout the year, NHFC attorneys and staff supported state leaders working on Safe Harbor practitioner exemption bills and other health freedom policies, building on years of coaching groups on legislative strategy and model language. We continued to track and analyze Right to Refuse–style efforts to protect bodily autonomy and genetic integrity, and we consulted with advocates in Vermont, Connecticut, Florida, and Texas who seek to advance protections for unlicensed practitioners and to resist
coercive medical mandates. NHFC leaders also represented health freedom at national conferences, sharing our legal expertise on Safe Harbor, EMFs, licensure, and the broader landscape of health freedom law.

Financially, 2025 was a sober year. We mourned the loss of a major funder, and dealt with monthly operating losses. Yet, in a testament to our community’s resilience, we saw other committed donors step up with generous gifts. New relationships were formed to continue our work. We are seeking continued and increasing support from current donors, and seeking new long-term donors. Our work is so important! Thank you to each of you that are supporting NHFC’s health freedom work in big and small
ways!

Through it all, we remain clear about our mission: to protect the freedom of every person to make their own health decisions, without coercion, and to access the practitioners and products they deem best for their healing journeys. Over twenty‑five years into this work, NHFC continues to offer model legislation, legal analysis, and strategic coaching to citizens who are standing for freedom in their own states.
Thank you for walking with us, for your courage in these unsettled times, and for your unwavering belief that health freedom is a right that belongs to us by the laws of God and nature. It is an honor to stand beside you.
