Our new Staff Attorney Petra Brokken is a Minnesota lawyer with a long-time interest in health freedom. She holds an MA in English Literature from the University of Wisconsin Madison, along with a JD from the University of Minnesota Law School. Petra has clerked for a Minneapolis judge and worked as a public defender for Hennepin County. A lifelong environmentalist, Petra recalls picking up aluminum cans with her mother beside the road as a young child. As the mother of a premature child, she delved into natural healing to find the help that was not available from the medical field. Petra is a Board Member of the Minnesota Natural Health Coalition and has helped those who want to minimize the impacts of EMFs in their homes, as well as lecturing on the health hazards of EMFs, volunteering on lawsuits regarding EMFs, and helping bring this issue to the attention of politicians and the general public.
